I am familiar with their efforts in Africa. They have great success because of their relationships with local doctors and hospitals. Recently they opened the only accredited post-graduate ophthalmic training center in all of West Africa.
I've personally been involved with 5 children from the Philippines whose lives have been changed for the better through the goodness of Deseret International and their sponsors and contributors. Thank you and God Bless!
